THE TIME WE STAYED AT A KICK-ASS KOREAN TEMPLE!

ÅÛÇýºÅ×ÀÌ ´Ù³à°¡½Å ¿Ü±¹ÀÎ ºÎºÎ°¡ ¿Ã¸° ºí·Î±×ÀÔ´Ï´Ù.

Golgulsa temple (literally, ¡®Stone Buddha temple¡¯) in South Korea is famous for being the only cave temple and only martial arts temple in the whole country¡¦ And among the martial arts temple world, it also gets ranked as top 3.

After our less-than-positive experience at a temple stay in Japan, needless to say Nat was not the most keen for another¡¦ But with the promise of things different to simply sitting / unsuccessfully meditating / getting beaten up, we sought to give this stay a second chance at our hearts.

Golgulsa temple is around 50minutes from Gyeongju, accessed by a bus that stops around a five minute walk from the entrance¡¦ Or, in our case thanks to the wonders of Andrews Google maps planning; a 30 minute bus, 1 hour walk¡¦ Probably not the best way to warm Nat into the whole thing¡¦

When we made it to the temple stay office we were no longer on speaking terms¡¦ ¡°Sit and meditate on this¡± were we believe, Nats last words¡¦
